TWO YEARS AFTER WHERE WE ARE ? PART II -- ΚΛΕΙΣΑΜΕ 2 ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΑΣ, ΤΙ ΚΑΤΑΦΕΡΑΜΕ ;

We are operating in the market of IVF Units for two years , what changed, what happened, what is our strengths - where we are? part  II

We all know or have heard about the Quality Management System and how important it is.So let us try to explain what it is and what it offers.

• Quality management is the sum of the planned systematic actions or procedures necessary to ensure that a service meets certain specifications eg. (ISO9001)

• The Quality Management is not the quality control of a product or the workmanship

Therefore if a company is certified according to ISO, this means that the quality of the overall functioning of the business is certified.

• The overall objective of the Quality Management System is to maintain and improve standards (characteristics) of the services offered in order to meet the constantly changing demands of customers.

 Assisting Nature IVF Unit on 06.15.2015 after 22 months of operation was certified by the international certification organization Bureau Veritas as AUTHORIZED CENTER FOR ASSISTING REPRODUCTIVE TECHNIQUES  in standard  9001-2008.

The Assisting Nature IVF Unit  mission is delivered by compliance with our tier quality management system developed to meet the requirement of ISO 9001:2008; the Human Fertilization and Embryology Act 1990 as amended 2008, the Code of Practice (current edition) published by the Human Fertilization and Embryology Authority and all associated documents.This system is mandatory for all personnel within the organization.

Our quality management system confirms that we have systems in place to ensure that the care  we provide is consistently of high standard.

ISO 9001:2008  certified  all relevant procedures : medical records, laboratory procedures, the nursing process, ordering materials, environmental quality and the adequacy of facilities, security and training of staff. Our  quality system is based on the commitment of the whole team to satisfy the legitimate interests of infertile couples.

 Assisting Nature aims to provide the highest possible standards of care and treatment to patients  through experienced and highly skilled clinical, scientific and business support staff and by the continuous review of all services and the implementation of new developments in investigating and treating infertility.

Assisting Nature routinely audits the care and treatment of patients and clients and their responses can help shape developments of the service. External audits from our ISO certification body ensure our rigorous quality management system is effective and  complying with all of the regulatory requirements.

Κλείσαμε 2 χρόνια Λειτουργίας , Τι Καταφέραμε; Τι Αλλαξε;  Που Βρισκόμαστε ;  -    part  II 

Όλοι γνωρίζουμε ή έχουμε ακούσει για το Σύστημα Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας και πόσο σημαντικό είναι. Ας προσπαθήσουμε λοιπόν να εξηγήσουμε τί είναι και τί προσφέρει.

• Διαχείριση ποιότητας (quality management) είναι το σύνολο των προγραμματισμένων η συστηματικών ενεργειών ή διαδικασιών που είναι απαραίτητες για να εξασφαλίσουν ότι μια υπηρεσία θα πληροί ορισμένες προδιαγραφές πχ. (ISO9001)
• Η Διαχείριση Ποιότητας δεν είναι ο ποιοτικός έλεγχος ενός προϊόντος ούτε αφορά την ποιότητα κατασκευής πχ ενός αυτοκινήτου.
Γ’ αυτό  τον λόγο  στην περίπτωση που μια επιχείρηση είναι πιστοποιημένη κατά ISO, αυτό σημαίνει ότι είναι πιστοποιημένη η ποιότητα της συνολικής λειτουργίας της επιχείρησης .
• Σύστημα Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας (QualityManagement System) ονομάζουμε την οργάνωση, τα αναγκαία μέσα και το προσωπικό που απαιτείται για την διεκπεραίωση της διαχείρισης της ποιότητας.
• Ο γενικός στόχος του Συστήματος Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας είναι η τήρηση και η βελτίωση των προδιαγραφών (χαρακτηριστικών) των υπηρεσιών που προσφέρονται έτσι ώστε να καλύπτονται οι συνεχώς μεταβαλλόμενες απαιτήσεις των πελατών.


H Μονάδα  Assisting Nature στις 15/06/2015 μετά από 22 μήνες λειτουργίας πιστοποιήθηκε από των Διεθνή  οργανισμό πιστοποίησης Bureau Veritas ως ΕΓΚΕΚΡΙΜΕΝΟ ΚΕΝΤΡΟ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΕΦΑΡΜΟΓΗ ΤΕΧΝΙΚΩΝ ΥΠΟΒΟΗΘΟΥΜΕΝΗΣ ΑΝΑΠΑΡΑΓΩΓΗΣ κατά πρότυπο ISO 9001-2008.

Η Μονάδα Εξωσωματικής Γονιμοποίησης Assisting Nature λειτουργεί σύμφωνα  με το σύστημα διαχείρισης ποιότητας κατά  του προτύπου ISO 9001: 2008 και βάση της
Human Fertilization and Embryology Act 1990/ 2008, the Code of Practice (current edition) by the Human Fertilization and Embryology Authority and all associated documents.
Το ISO 9001: 2008  εγκρίνει όλες τις σχετικές διαδικασίες: τα ιατρικά αρχεία, τις εργαστηριακές και νοσηλευτικές  διαδικασίες, την κατανομή των υλικών, την ποιότητα του περιβάλλοντος και την καταλληλότητα των εγκαταστάσεων, την ασφάλεια και την κατάρτιση του προσωπικού. Το σύστημα ποιότητας βασίζεται στη δέσμευση ολόκληρης της ομάδας στη βελτιστοποίηση των υπηρεσιών  και την ικανοποίηση των πελατών μας.

Οι εξωτερικοί έλεγχοι από την ομάδα πιστοποίησης ISO μας εξασφαλίζουν την σωστή διαχείριση ποιότητας και επιβεβαιώνουν  ότι η υπηρεσίες  που παρέχουμε είναι σταθερά σε υψηλό επίπεδο.
Η Μονάδα Assisting Nature έχει ως στόχο να παρέχει υπηρεσίες στα υψηλότερα δυνατά πρότυπα μέσω του έμπειρου και εξειδικευμένου προσωπικού αλλά και στη συνεχή παρακολούθηση, εφαρμογή και συμμετοχή στην έρευνα των νέων μεθόδων  θεραπείας της υπογονiμότητας .
